Is there any way to move in early? Call us for more details. Move in day is on August 15th.

What furniture comes in the apartment? Queen size bed, bed side table, 5 drawer chest, desk, desk chair, sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end table, and counter bar stools.

What do you need to bring? TV stand, pots and pans, any dishes you need, shower curtain and rod, curtains and curtain rod (blinds are included), towels, linens, and any cleaning supplies.

How does parking work? We do not assign parking spaces for residents. However, resident are issued parking decals. Guests should park in designated guest parking lots throughout the property. Game day parking is limited, and any parents or visitors will need a temporary parking pass.

What are the window measurements? Window measurements vary depending on the room.

Can we make any alterations to the wall? No painting is allowed; but feel free to hang curtains and pictures.

If my roommate decides to not fulfill his contract, am I responsible for his room? No. Your lease is individual, but you may be roommate matched with someone to fill your roommate's place.

Do you allow pets? Yes, for a one time fee and no larger than 40 lbs.

Do you allow grills? We do not allow grilling on the balcony of the apartments. We have grilling areas located throughout the property.

When is rent due? The FIRST of every month, including August. There is no grace period for late rent. Late fees begin on the 2nd of the month and accrue $10 per day until paid.

Is the rent prorated for August? The contract is an 11 ½ month contract with payments made in 12 equal installments.

How does the $40 electric/gas cap work? Your rent covers a total of $40 per person each month. The residents will equally pay any overages billed at that time. They receive a bill every two months.
